Please realize that working with wood is an artform. No two pieces will be identical and often this is the desired effect. Wood is not perfect and will very likely have visible imperfections. This is usually a desirable trait in hand crafted wooden items. In fact, some of the most prized woods are valuable because of these imperfections (spalted wood, burl wood, knotty wood, etc). Please keep this in mind when purchasing hand made wooden items. I try my best to include detailed pictures of all items so you can see the quality in the materials and workmanship.

While the wood may not be perfect, everything else should be! To ensure this, I provide a 7 day unconditional satisfaction guaranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a refund of the price of the item. This will not include the shipping costs even though it is included in most original purchase prices (shipping costs are usually under $5 for a single item). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and the item must be returned in the original condition with all original contents of the package. Such refunds must be approved prior to returning (simply send email and I will reply with approval).

All items also come with a 30 day guaranty on mechanical parts (where applicable). If, within 30 days of purchase, you find that the item is not operating as it should due to a defect in the mechanism you can send it back for your choice of repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price. Refunds will not include the shipping costs even though it is included in most original purchase prices.
